2023 Eldorado Run for the Cur

Overview

Now in its 44th year, the annual Eldorado Run for the Cure is the longest running footrace in the State of Colorado, having started in 1979. So, lace up your shoes, and start training for a four-mile out-and-back run through the scenic Eldorado Canyon, located between Golden, CO and Boulder, CO, along the beautiful Highway 93. With generous donations from local sponsors, there will be good food and drink, along with people of all ages and abilities.

Event Details

  • The four mile out and back course is scenic in nature, offering inspiring views of the famed Eldorado Springs Canyon.

  • Enjoy classic Italian food by Pasta Jay’s and finely crafted beer courtesy of Satire Brewing. Water and other beverages will also be available.

Colorado Cancer Foundation

Since its inception in 1979, the Colorado Cancer Foundation (CCF) has worked hard to raise funds in support of technicians, physicians, researchers, and, most importantly, patients seeking cancer treatment at the Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, and the greater State of Colorado.

The CCF has minimal overhead, so nearly every dollar raised through events, such as the annual Eldorado Run for the Cure, goes directly to oncology treatment and research at the University of Colorado's (CU) Division of Medical Oncology, located at the Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, CO.
