Snow Removal Update: 03/15/21

The Master Community Association (MCA) is still finding travel on most of the neighborhood streets difficult if not impossible, e.g. some roads on the north side have three feet of snow, and in some sections the drifts are even higher. Unless you have a high clearance 4-Wheel Drive with chains, there is nowhere to go.

The MCA has bobcats working north of I-70, but even those are having difficulty moving from one alley to another. As soon as some of the streets actually open, the MCA will be deploying its trucks to knock down some of the snow.

Please note it will take several days for the MCA to clear both the streets and alleys with a single pass. At present, there are no busses running, and the entire city is critically impacted, i.e., service workers across Denver are dealing with the same conditions we are.

That said, the MCA will continue working with the equipment is has available until the snow is moved, and are hoping to receive additional help from the City to reopen major thoroughfares. Until then, please be patient and stay safe.
