**Votes Needed by 4:00* PM 12/16/2021**

Delegate voting will conclude on Thursday, 12/16 at 4:00 PM. Any district that does not reach the minimum voting threshold of 10% will be extended until January 19th 2022.

Please return your signed ballot to the MCA office before the start of the annual meeting in person, via email, or fax, and thank you for your participation.
